5. Delivery & Shipping

5.1 UK Delivery

UK orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation from our Manchester fulfilment centre. We aim to deliver within 1–3 business days of dispatch via tracked courier service. All UK deliveries are sent in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging.

5.2 International Delivery

UK Peptides Store ships worldwide. International orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation and delivered within 3–10 business days depending on destination country. International customers are responsible for:

• Understanding and complying with the import laws of their country
• Any customs duties, import taxes or fees levied by their country’s customs authorities
• Providing accurate delivery address and contact information

5.3 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. UK Peptides Store is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

5.4 Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with collection or re-delivery instructions. Uncollected parcels returned to us may be subject to a re-delivery charge. Parcels returned due to customer error (wrong address, refusal to accept) are non-refundable for shipping costs.

5.5 Temperature-Controlled Products

Peptide products are perishable and temperature-sensitive. All orders are dispatched in appropriate packaging. Once delivered, you are responsible for storing products correctly as per the storage instructions included with your order.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

6.1 General Returns Policy

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical-grade compounded peptide products — which are perishable, temperature-sensitive and produced to order — we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.

6.2 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or missing product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting [email protected] or WhatsApp +44 7394 241184 with:

• A description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of any damage

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original bank account used for payment. We are unable to process refunds to a different account than the one used for the original payment.

6.4 Non-Refundable Circumstances
