1. Order Processing & Dispatch
1.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched until bank transfer payment has been received and confirmed in our account.
1.2 Dispatch Notification
You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched, including your tracking number and courier details.
1.3 Physician Review
All orders are reviewed by a board-certified physician before dispatch. This review is included in your order and does not delay dispatch in normal circumstances.
2. UK Delivery
2.1 Delivery Timeframe
UK orders are dispatched from our Manchester M2 4WU fulfilment centre. Delivery timeframes after dispatch:

2.2 Delivery Coverage

2.4 Delivery Attempts

5. Delivery Issues
5.1 Late Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If your tracking shows no update for more than 3 business days (UK) or 7 business days (international), contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
5.2 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
5.3 Lost Orders
In the rare event that an order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Lost order claims for UK deliveries must be raised within 14 days of dispatch. International lost order claims must be raised within 30 days of dispatch.
5.4 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We are unable to accept responsibility for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible — contact us immediately if you need to change your address.
